Do you provide a receipt when i register and pay for a class?

Yes, you will get an auto-generated receipt of your payment, right after you submit your payment.

Whats included in the fee for the SAFe class?

The SAFe Public class fee includes: The training, Lunch for all days, the SAFe book for the class and the exam fee for the first attempt.

Do you have special rates for my organization?

Please contact us to check if we do, or if you are an authorized person in your organization we would be happy to discuss potential corporate rates with you.

Can you send me a confirmation that i attended a course?

How can i get my orgnaization to reimburse me for my training?

Every company has their own ways of reimbursing employees, talk to your manager in your organization. we could always send you a payment receipt and or a confirmation to provide to your employer for reimbursement. OR you can ask your employer to pay for you on our website (make sure they enter all your contact information to keep you updated about the class)

Whats your Refund Policy?

For cancellation period greater than 30 days to the start of the class you get full refund if you cancel. For cancellation period less than 15 days and more than 5days to the start of the class you get full refund minus the $175 processing fee, if you cancel. No refund for cancellations within 5 days of class start date, if you cancel. Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment or any unforeseen reasons. Agile Gurus is not responsible for any reimbursements for time, rentals, travel etc. due to a cancelled class. We recommend that you contact us for the class status before making any travel arrangements. In the event a class is cancelled by us for any reason, all ticket holders are entitled to a full refund for their ticket purchase.

I attended the training in person, When can i take the exam?

You will receive an email from SAFe, the will contain the link to the practice and the actual exam within a day of completing the class. You will have 30days from the day of that email to take the exam.

I did not take the exam within 30 days of the email from SAFe, what do i do?

If you missed the window of taking the exam, contact SAFe and you may end up paying a fee to SAFe for the second attempt.

Whats the process of taking the class to taking the exam?

Once you attend all the days of the class, your instructor sends your info to SAFe the same day. SAFe sends you an email with study material, practice test and the actual exam. You will have 30 days from the day you get the email to take the exam.

Is the Exam Fee included in the Training/ class fee?

Yes, the first attempt to the exam is included in the class fee.
